Tyler joined the Outlaw Track Club in August 2025, running 11.34 in his first meet in the group at the end of the season. He has gone on in his first season with the group to run 6.78 indoors, followed by 10.40 outdoors, becoming a National Champion and earning international status with his first Great Britain selection. Tyler is fond of cinnamon rolls.
